We’re in the skills business. We supply our employer partners with well-trained, highly productive people. When the employer makes a profit, our members benefit through continued employment and improved working conditions.

And when we do high quality work and deliver it on time, it increases the chances of our employer expanding and employing even more of our members.

Especially in a relatively tight labour market, we save our employers a huge labour-supply headache, often enabling them to grow while their competitors are on the sidelines, bogged down by lack of manpower and the very process of finding it.

Of course, our prime loyalty is to our members. We’re tough when it comes to protecting their interests...but we’re always fair. All we ask is a fair day’s wage for a fair day’s work, and for the employer to treat our people, and on-the-job safety, with respect. We always want to do the job right, the first time.
